Overview: What are content pages?
The content page is a new, particularly simple object type and has existed since version 5.4 in ILIAS.
It allows offering short impulses, learning motivations, or working hints in a simple way. The content is designed with the page editor and can contain all elements that the page editor provides (e.g., texts, videos, or images).
The content and information provided are displayed to learners in the Content tab of the same name.
Content page: Settings
Under the Settings tab, various edits can be made to the already created content page in the Settings sub-tab of the same name:
- Editing the title
- Set a description as continuous text
- Activation of the Info tab: Here, the learning progress status, the availability, the tags, and the additional information are displayed.
- Upload a tile image that is displayed only in the tile view.
Behind the Style sub-tab, you can define one of the available styles for page editing.
The sub-tab Multilingualism offers the possibility to provide the title and the description in several linguistic variants.
